On February 9, 1990, PT. Bank Ina Perdana Tbk ("Bank Ina") was established under the name of PT Bank Ina based on deed no.3 Notary Winnie Hadiprodjo, SH, substitute for Notary Kartini Muljadi, SH to subsequently obtain approval from the Ministry of Justice with letter No. C2-3639HT.01.01.Th. 90 dated June 23, 1990. The following year Bank Ina obtained an operating license as a Commercial Bank based on Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 524 / KMK.013 / 1991, to be exact on June 3, 1991.

In early 2014 Bank Ina became a publicly listed company after the Initial Public Offering was held on January 16, 2014, and listing of shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the code "BINA", and the status of the bank became Tbk.

In its journey, Bank Ina was able to maintain its presence in the national banking business. This was proven in the financial performance of 1997-1998, where Bank Ina was able to survive as a healthy bank with category A and did not require Government recapitalization.

Since 2004 until now, Bank Ina has received numerous awards from a variety of assessment categories conducted by many national and international financial business magazines and organizations. The many awards that Bank Ina always receives each year shows the commitment and involvement of the Bank in efforts to achieve the vision and mission also to help the government of the Republic of Indonesia.

Until 2020 Bank Ina has a network of 32 Branch Offices spread across Indonesia, namely 12 Branch Offices, 10 Sub-Branch Offices and 10 Cash Offices. And has 8 Indogrosir Payment Point points, namely Kemayoran, Surabaya, Tangerang, Cipinang, Bandung, Semarang, Makassar and Yogyakarta.

The rapid development of the digital world is a means for the Company to be able to be present wherever it is through an electronic channel that is constantly evolving to adapt to the demands of a society that is increasingly mobile and closer to internet-based services. For this reason, the Company strengthens its products with comprehensive e-channel support, from ATM machines connected to ATM Bersama and Prima network, e-money, retail internet banking, corporate internet banking, to mobile banking that enables customers to make various financial transactions easily , safe and fast, including for the needs of various types of payment (payment banking).
