1. Why are Birth Dates and Sequential Numbers So Dangerous?

When fraudsters or hackers try to break into an account, the first thing they do is a dictionary attack, or guessing using the victim's personal data.

If your INA Bank app PIN or password is:

• Your date of birth (e.g., 170845)
• Sequential or duplicate numbers (e.g., 123456, 111111, 000000)
• Your own mobile phone number

Then your account is at significant risk. It only takes seconds for someone (or an automated computer program) to crack these combinations.
