Sharing Insights, Experiences and Leadership Values from Senior Bankers for Bank INA's Growth

The board of directors, staff, and colleagues of Bank INA's Management Development Program (MDP) recently had the rare opportunity to engage in a direct dialogue with Mr. D.E. Setijoso, a senior banker with a wealth of experience. The event, titled "Navigating the Future: Insights from a Senior Banker," was warm and friendly, moderated by Mr. Yohanes Santoso Wibowo, Independent Commissioner of Bank INA.

 

The event was attended by various representatives from Bank INA, including division heads, work unit heads, department heads, and MDP program participants. Mr. Setijoso's presence was met with great enthusiasm, especially by the MDP participants, who are potential future leaders of Bank INA. For them, the session served as practical guidance. Hearing firsthand the experiences of a leader who has successfully navigated the changing times in the banking industry provided them with insights not found in textbooks.

 

In this inspiring sharing session, Mr. Setijoso recounted his journey in the banking world. He, who previously served as a director at BRI and as President Director and President Commissioner at BCA, shared his insightful insights. One of the things he emphasized was the importance of banking product names. He referred to the "Member of Salim Group" label, which, he said, is not just a label, but rather a reflection of uniqueness that can create personal bonds with customers, embodying the values inherent in the tagline.

 

The family-like atmosphere was also a key point he shared. With a leadership style known for his close relationship with his employees, Mr. Setijoso emphasized the importance of building a solid team, where each individual works as one for mutual progress.
