Proxy/Alias Registration at Mobile Banking
1. Login to INA Mobile.
2. Select your account number on the main menu.
3. Select Admin menu
4. Select + button
5. Select your Proxy/Alias Format (Email Address/Handphone Number)
6. Select Customer Type and Resident Type
7. Confirm your registration.
8. Proxy/Alias successfully registered.
Note: Email Address or Handphone Number has not been registered as Proxy/Alias on other Banks.
Transfer via Mobile Banking
1. Login Ina Mobile
2. Select your account number on main menu
3. Select Transfer menu
4. Select BI-FAST
5. Select your Beneficiary Type (Proxy Alias or Account Number)
6. Input :
▪ Beneficiary Proxy/Alias | Beneficiary Bank
▪ Transfer amount
▪ Purpose of Transfer
▪ Description
7. Confirm your transfer and input your Mobile PIN.
8. Transaction will be processed and show the receipt.
Proxy/Alias Registration at Internet Banking
1. Login Internet Banking Individual.
2. Select Administrasi menu.
3. Select Registrasi BI-FAST
4. Select Tambah
5. Select your Account number and Proxy/Alias format (Email Address or Handphone Number)
6. Select Customer Type and Resident Type
7. Input Soft Token Response Code.
8. Proxy/Alias successfully registered.
Note: Email Address or Handphone Number has not been registered as Proxy/Alias on other Banks.
Transfer via Internet Banking
1. Login Internet Banking Individu
2. Select Transfer Dana
3. Select Transfer BI-FAST
4. Select your Source Account Number
5. Select your Beneficiary Type (Proxy Alias or Account Number).6. Input :

▪ Transfer amount
▪ Purpose of Transfer
▪ Description
7. Confirm your transfer and input your Soft Token Response Code / Mobile PIN.
8. Transaction will be processed.
Transfer via Teller
1. Customers could visit the nearest Bank Ina's Branch Office.
2. Grab one Multifunction Form.
3. Fill in:
▪ Applicant Request (Others, BI-FAST)
▪ Beneficiary (Fill Beneficiary Name, Address, Phone Number, Status, Account Number, Beneficiary Bank, Town, and Message)
▪ Applicant (Fill Applicant Name, Address, Customer Bank Ina, Account Number)
▪ Source of Fund (Choose Debit Account and fill your source account)
▪ Transfer Amount (Input Currency (IDR) and Transfer Amount)
▪ Say (Say the transfer amount)
▪ Applicant Statement (Sign the form and input Applicant’s name)
4. Give the form to one of the Teller to be processed.
5. Teller will process the request and give you the receipt.

For transactions using INA Mobile Banking, make sure the application has been updated to Version 1.72 (Android) and 2.1.2 (iOS).
