CAR Virtual Account Payment Procedures (Open Payment)
A. via ATM Prima/Bersama
1. Insert your ATM Card.
2. Choose Language (Indonesia or English).
3. Input your 6 digits PIN.
4. Select "Transfer Menu"
5. Enter Ina Perdana Bank Code (513) and Virtual Account Number (Prefix Code+Policy Number).
Example : 513+23222+Policy Number
6. Input your payment amount.
7. You have completed your transaction, save your receipt.
B. via ATM of Bank Ina
1. Insert your ATM Card.
2. Choose Language (Indonesia or English).
3. Input your ATM PIN.
4. Select "Other Transaction"
5. Select "Transfer"
6. Select "Bank Ina"
7. Enter your Virtual Account Number (Prefix Code+Policy Number).
Example : 23222 + Policy Number
8. Input your payment amount.
9. You have completed your transaction. Save your receipt.
C. via Teller of Bank Ina
1. Go to Bank Ina’s teller services.
2. Explain you want to make PREMI CAR virtual account payment transaction.
3. Mention the registered virtual account number , example: 23222+Policy number,
along with amount you would to pay.
4. Teller will process the payment transaction.
5. You have completed your transaction. Save the receipt.
D. via INA Mobile Banking or INA Internet Banking
1. Open your Ina Mobile/Internet Banking.
2. Input your username dan password.
3. Select “Transfer Dana” menu.
4. Select “Daftar Tujuan Transfer”.
5. Select “Tujuan ke Rekening Bank Ina” and press “+”.
6. Enter your virtual account number, example: 23222+Policy Number.
7. Select “>” to proceed the process, input your Ina Mobile PIN.
8. The virtual account number are now registered in your Ina Mobile/Internet Banking.
9. Select ”Transfer ke Bank Ina” menu.
10. Select the virtual account number from your transfer list.
11. Input your payment amount.
12. Select “>” button to proceed the payment.
13. Input your Ina Mobile PIN.
14. You have completed your transaction.
E. via Other Banks’ Mobile Banking/Internet Banking
1. Open your Mobile Banking/Internet Banking.
2. Input your username and password (may differ between each application).
3. Select “Transfer to Other Bank”
4. Select “Online Transfer”
5. Select destination bank to Bank Ina Perdana (Bank Code: 513).
6. Input your virtual account number, example: 513+23222+Policy Number.
7. Input your payment amount.
8. Proceed the transfer.
9. You have completed the transaction.
F. via Other Banks’ Mobile Banking or Internet Banking (Transfer SKN/LLG)
1. Open your Mobile Banking / Internet Banking.
2. Input your username and password.
3. Select “Transfer to Other Bank”.
4. Select destination bank to Bank Ina Perdana (Bank Code: 513).
5. Input your virtual account number, example 513+23222+Policy Number, supposing
you must registered the destination number first, select “Transfer Destination List” menu.
6. Select “LLG or SKN” as the transfer service.
7. Input your payment amount and proceed to the transfer.
8. You have completed your transaction.
CAR Virtual Account Payment Procedures (Close Payment)
A. via ATM Prima/Bersama
1. Insert your ATM card.
2. Choose your language (Indonesia or English).
3. Input your 6 digits PIN.
4. Select "Transfer Menu"
5. Enter Ina Perdana Bank Code (513) and virtual account number (Prefix Code+Policy Number/SPAJ).
Example : 513+23777+Policy Number/SPAJ
6. Input your payment amount.
Make sure the amount you enter matches with the amount of the bill.
The amount will be shown following your virtual account name.
7. You have completed your transaction. Save the receipt.
B. via ATM of Bank Ina
1. Insert your ATM card.
2. Choose language (Indonesia or English).
3. Input your ATM PIN.
4. Select "Other Transaction"
5. Select "Transfer"
6. Select "Bank Ina"
7. Enter your virtual account number (Prefix Code+Policy Number/SPAJ).
Example : 23777+Policy Number/SPAJ
8. Input your payment amount. Make sure the amount you enter matches the amount of the bill.
The amount will be shown following your virtual account name.
9. You have completed your transaction. Save the receipt.
C. via Teller of Bank Ina
1. Go to Bank Ina’s teller services.
2. Explain you want to make PREMI CAR virtual account payment transaction.
3. Mention your registered virtual account number. example : 23777+Policy Number/SPAJ.
4. Teller will process the request and inform the bill amount.
5. Proceed with the payment process.
6. You have completed your transaction. Save the receipt.
D. via INA Mobile Banking or INA Internet Banking
1. Open your Ina Mobile/Internet Banking.
2. Input your username and password.
3. Select “Transfer Dana” menu.
4. Select “Daftar Tujuan Transfer”.
5. Select “Tujuan ke Rekening Bank Ina”, and press “+” button.
6. Input your virtual account number, example: 23777+Policy Number/SPAJ.
7. Select “>” button to proceed. Input your Ina Mobile PIN to confirm the addition.
8. The virtual account number are now registered in your Transfer List.
9. Select “Transfer ke Bank Ina” menu.
10. Select the virtual accout number from your transfer list.
11. Input your payment amount. Make sure it matches with the amount of your bill.
The amount will be shown following your virtual account name.
12. Select “>” to proceed the payment.
13. Input your Ina Mobile PIN.
14. You have completed your transaction.
E. via Other Banks’ Mobile Banking or Internet Banking
