PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (Bank Ina) was established on February 9, 1990 and obtained operating permits as a Commercial Bank from the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia No. 524/ KMK.013/1991 on June 3, 1991. In 2014 Bank Ina Perdana rounded up its new history by changing its status to “Tbk” (Public Company after the implementation of the Initial Public Offering on January 16, 2014 and the listing of its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the code “BINA”. 2014 also marked changes in Bank Ina Perdana shareholders where the previous shareholders, PT Kharisma Prima Karya and PT Aji Lebur Seketi released some of it shares. PT Philadel Terra Lestari becomes the new shareholder after such release, with the OJK approval on September 16, 2015. The year 2017 was also another milestone for Bank Ina Perdana after the success in performing Limited Public Offering II (PUT II), the Bank core capital has reached Rp1 trillion, making the Bank as BANK of BOOK 2 CATEGORY on the approval of Financial Service Authority (OJK) on March 27, 2017.

Throughout its journey, Bank Ina Perdana is able to maintain its presence in the national banking business. This was evident in 1997-1998 financial performance, where Bank Ina Perdana was able to survive as a healthy bank with category A and did not require any government recapitalization. In 2004 – 2008, Bank Ina Perdana received an “Excellent” predicate from Infobank Magazine. With a network of 14 offices and ATM through cooperation with ATM Bersama provider, later, in 2009 – 2010, Bank Ina Perdana expanded its services by adding network offices in the city of Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Lumajang, so that in 2011 the number grew to 22 offices. In 2016, client services were increased with the opening of payment point service in 3 Indogrosir outlets in Jakarta and Surabaya. In the following year of 2017, the office networks were expanded to region outside Java by opening branch office at Denpasar, Bali and Makassar, South Sulawesi. In Java Island Lumajang branch office was closed and moved to Malang to improve East Java services. As for Payment Point Services, in 2017 Bank Ina Perdana opened 4 Payment Point services at Indogrosir Bandung, Semarang, Cipinang, and Bintara Bekasi as part of development of micro loans for small merchants.

With a strong commitment, the management of Bank Ina Perdana always makes an effort to maintain the existence and improvement of the Bank’s performance, and has earned several awards from various independent parties. The awards received in the last 2 years among others are The Best Performing Bank of The Year from Indonesian Creativity And Best Leader Award 2016, The Top 3 Best Bank – Indonesian Fastest Growing New Issuer 2016 from Economic News.  Also award for participation in the “Yuk Nabung Saham” campaign for its 2015 financial performance from Infobank magazine with “Excellence” predicate. The Most Efficient Bank in the Category of National Conventional Bank with Asset under 20 trillion from Indonesian Banking Award organized by Tempo Media Group & Indonesia Banking School, and Most Efficient Bank in the Category of Book 1 Bank from Indonesian Business Banking Award 2016. In the following year of 2017, Bank Ina Perdana was awarded Top Leader on CSR Commitment and Top CSR 2017 on SDGs Woman Entrepreneur Program from Business News, “Excellent” Predicate on the financial performance of 2016 from Infobank magazine and Best Financial Sector Mid Cap and Top 50 Mid Market Capitalization Public List Companies from Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship. All awards received are proof on Bank Ina Perdana commitment to improve its best services to clients and also Bank performance. In 2017, Bank Ina Perdana also supports National football by granting sponsorship to Bali United football club during Indonesia Super League.
