PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (Bank Ina), was established on February 9, 1990 and commenced operations on July 3, 1991. In the 1997/1998 financial performance, Bank Ina still able to survive as a healthy bank with category A and does not require a recapitalization of Government. In the period 2004 - 2008, Bank Ina received the title of '' Excellent '' version Infobank magazine and total branch network to 14 offices and airport ATM through its association with ATM Bersama provider. Later in the year 2009 - 2010, Bank Ina continue to increase branch network to expand services in the city of Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Lumajang so that the number of offices in 2011 as many as 22 offices.
The efforts that have been made by management, has obtained an award (award) from various independent parties, such as the '' Banking Efficiency Award '' from Bisnis Indonesia in 2012, ranked first in the category The Best Bank 2012 in ' 'Compliance', ranked 3rd in the category The Best Bank 2012 in '' Risk Management '', ranked 3rd in the category The Best Bank 2012 in 'Marketing' magazine Business Review in Anugrah Bank Indonesia in 2012, and '' The Best Improvement Bank of the Year '' of Nine Shared Media. While the latest award in 2013 were from Anugrah Citra Indonesia Improvement in 2013 as the Best Bank of the Year, and awards the rank-2 CEO in Leadership to Edy Kuntardjo, President Director of Bank Ina Perdana, of the Economic Review in 2013. Naturally Anugrah Indonesian Banking any effort to improve performance and service will continue to be done every time. Bank Ina Perdana always seek to build sustainable business growth and quality.
Meanwhile, in order to further strengthen the capital structure, in 2013 shareholders paid up share capital increase amounting to Rp. 30 billion. And finally, Bank Ina Perdana listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 16, 2014 as a new milestone to grow better in the future
