Mr Birawa Natapradja is 83 years old Indonesian who was born in Nganjuk and currently resides in Jakarta. He joined Bank Ina Perdana in 2010 as President Commissioner with Deed No. 03 dated on November 4, 2010 and later served as Independent President Commissioner with Deed No. 60 dated on September 19, 2012.

He started his career in banking industry in 1969 by joining Bank Buana until 1971. His last position was Vice Branch Manager of Surabaya. In 1972, he joined Bank Panin as Branch Manager of Semarang where he stayed until 1975. Then, he joined BCA in 1975 to become the Branch Manager of Semarang until 1977. Later on from 1977 to 1986, he was the Branch Manager of Medan and then served as Head of Regional Office V of Sumatera from 1986 to 2001. Mr Natapradja has received various awards during his career in BCA. From 2002 to 2009, he became the President Commissioner of PT Astral Permai. He was also the International Officer or Adviser for Salim Group in Nigeria from 2007 until 2009.

Mr Natapradja earned his Bachelor of Law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1965. He has had a Level 4 Risk Management Certificate from Professional Banking Certification Agency (LSPP). He has attended various seminars, workshops and trainings both domestic and outside of the country.

During 2017, he attended Risk Management Refreshment seminar and PSAK 71 training.

Mr Hari Sugiharto is a 72 years old Indonesian who was born in Yogyakarta and currently resides in Jakarta. He joined Bank Ina Perdana in 2001 as Commissioner with Deed No. 34 dated on April 24, 2001. He was once the President Commissioner with Deed No. 22 dated on May 14, 2002. Since July 29, 2008, he served as Independent Commissioner with Deed No. 44.

Mr Hari Sugiharto began his career in Directorate General of Financial Institution of Indonesian Republic’s Ministry of Finance in 1973. Since 1980, he held various positions and some of them are still active such as the following: Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Bank Tabungan Negara, Head of Monetary Bureau and Financial Service at Vice President of Republic of Indonesia Office, member of Multilateral Negotiations National Team, member of Coordination Team in the Field of Service/TKBJ Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia, Member/ Head Negotiation Implementer Field of Service of WTO, APEC, and ASEAN, member of the Monitoring Team in the Field of Service at the Vice President of Republic of Indonesia Office, caretaker of Christian Education Council in Indonesia, caretaker of BPK Penabur Foundation, caretaker of UKRIDA Foundation, as well as caretaker of BPK Penabur Retirement Fund and caretaker of Indonesia Retirement Fund Association.

Mr Sugiharto finished his Bachelor of Law degree from Satya Wacana Christian University in 1971. From 1968 to 1973, he served as Lecturer at Satya Wacana Christian University. In 1987, he continued his study by taking a Master’s degree in banking at University of Wales, England. He is a Certified Bank Commisioner for Risk Management which he received from Bank Indonesia and Indonesian Risk Professional Association (IRPA). In addition to formal education, various seminars, workshops and trainings were attended both domestic and abroad.

During 2017, he attended several seminars and/or training such as Risk Management Refreshment, Relationship Lending Technology and PSAK 71 training.

Mrs Winadewi Hanantha is a 68 years old Indonesian who was born in Kudus and currently resides in Jakarta. He joined Bank Ina Perdana on September 1, 2009 and started to serve as Director of Business on January 25, 2010 based on Deed No. 17. According to Deed No. 46 on June 22, 2012, she became the Commissioner.

She began her banking career in 1977 at Bank Danamon. She has held a position in a various field such as Accounting, Credit, Marketing, Treasury and Branch Banking who supervised branches in Indonesia. Afterwards, she was the Director of Bank Hagakita from 2000 to September 2004. From October 2004 until 2008, she served as the Director of Bank Haga

Mrs Hanantha complete her bachelor’s degree in economics from Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung in 1976. She has obtained a Risk Management Certificate for Commissioner from Risk Management Certification Institution (BSMR). Aside from that, she has attended various seminars, workshops and trainings both domestic and abroad.

In 2017, she attended Relationship Lending Technology seminar and PSAK 71 training.
